Always, always, always! A very good friend of our was taking his sister for a ride on his motorcycle and only had one helmet so he let her wear it. Someone was on a cell phone, not paying attention, didn't see that there was a car stopped right in front of him waiting to turn, swerved into the other lane and hit our friend head on. He ended up under the stopped car, dead on impact. His sister, with the helmet flew several hundred feet and came out with only a few broken bones.
Always wear a helmet!
