Pocket bikes?
So for scooters that are 50cc and below you can ride it with an ordinary license, but if it's over 50cc you need a motorcycle license. But there are pocket bikes that are 110cc and can be ridden ** 12 year olds. So pocket bikes that can go 55MPH can be ridden ** 12 year olds without any sort of license? And also are pocket bikes street legal since they can go so fast?
