i am just a beginner with motorcycles and dont know wat to get?

i want a mini motorcycle that can load about 200 pounds and be capable to ride it pretty fast around all terrain. i dont do any stunts just need it for riding
what would you recommend
i heard the 4-strokes are good
my budget is about $500
