Default Making a 4 wheeler street legal in New York State? Question for licensed inspectors in NYS?
If I added turn signals, a speedometer, and put road legal tires on a 2005 Polaris Predator would I be able to make it road legal? If so, would I be able to drive it with a regular driver's license or would I need a Motorcycle license?
