No jet skiing is offered. You can dive using many of the dive shops in town on Phi Phi Don, snorkel around beautiful coral walls, reef sharks etc off long beach. You can rent a sea kayak and see the island that way. You can rent a longboat and driver for the day if you want to see untouched parts of the island.
The longboats will also take you to Phi Phi Leh (where the beach was filmed). Its about 30mins ** boat.. You cant stay on that island though.
Much nicer then Phuket or Ko Lanta!
