What are my options for getting rid of a 2006 4 wheeler that I still owe 3000 for?!?

Run an ad in the local newspaper "Take up payments". How long have you been paying on it? You might even ask for a bit of equity in the ad "2006 4 wheeler, like new. $1000 equity and take up payments" depending on how long you've been paying on it.

But remember, you can't legally sell it since you don't own it. If you find someone to take up the payments, call the finance company and let them know so they can transfer the debt to the new person.

run an add in your local auto trader and sell it,someone is always looking for one of those and you shouldn't have any problems selling it,those sell good this time of year it would make someone a nice x-mas present,good luck selling it.
