How come my PC game does not load?( MX vs. ATV Unleashed )?

I got a Computer game from a Scholastic Book Order.
It's MX vs. ATV Unleashed (as said) and i did the installing,
downloaded the game and other things. When I double-clicked
on the icon on the desktop, it was loading, and suddenly it
stopped and a pop-up window comes up
it said something about the game encountered a problem and must close. And at the bottom, it said two options, one:Send Error Report
twoon't Send
know what i mean?PLZZZZZ tell me
