Need an answer for a 80 cc suzuki 4 wheeler?

I have have 1991 suzuki 4 wheeler. Its a 2 stroke. My problem is,
we have put a new carb on it and now its like it isnt even getting gas . The petcock is not even working so the fuel just flows in to the carb. It is acting like its not getting the gas. it starts and run for a few min, but dies out. The spark plug looks to be fine. Dose anybody have some help for me. Thankyou.
The oil is mix thought the injected ** the pump.Two sperated tanks. Carb was set up. It also run for month then just stared to dieing out.
