which atv's have driveshafts?

I'm looking for a four wheeler. I want to trail ride and get a little muddy. I'm looking at the hondas, polaris, and yamahas. Some models i'm interested in are sportsman 500 4x4, grizzly 4x4, foreman 4x4. Which model has driveshafts and which has belts or chains
