What is the technical word for this ATV part?

Heres the story: In the early 90s, Yamaha stopped putting pullstarters on the Yamaha Warrior, and just put a cover where the pullstarter used to be. What is the name of this part so I can find it on Ebay? thanks in advance

recoil pull starter - is the name but......................

I think the warriors of the late 90's had a back up kick starter though - never had a pull start.
