ATV Offroad Fury Blazin Trails Online Issues?

Hi, I bought the PSP entertainment pack last year, it came with ATV Offroad Fury Blazin Trails and whenever i attempt to play online it says i have been disconnected... my range usually is 75-100% strength. Also my wireless router has a WEP encryption code... could this be the reason?? if this problem is fixed the answer that helped me fix it best gets the 10 points
