Do you honestly believe that ATV's should be on a road with cars, trucks and semis?
Most of the riders and drivers of ATVs are under the age of 16 and therefore, illegal to be on the road, driving in any capacity. ATV's are unsafe when put in a situation where they may come in contact with a vehicle and as a result, do NOT belong on any road. Ever. Period. |

Take a closer look at the Can-am Spyder and the fact avt's can be already modified as a street legal vehicle in some parts of TX. Across seas, in Europe is normal to see a atv drive down a city street. It is a matter of time before we begin to see atv's hit the street scene in the US as a major form of transportaion. Some extreme atv's riders are doing it in Cali and to be honest, I wouldn't mind riding my TRX450 to and from work.
If a street legal atv is considered the same as a street legal car, just imagine taking the DMV instructor along for the test ride. ps. A motorcycle and rider will loose everytime it comes in contact with another vehicle but still hundreds of thousands riders hit the road everyday. Why not atv riders? |
