I'm about to buy an ATV from some guy?

I'm about to buy an atv from some guy it's a good deal been e-mailing him and as long as I like it I will be buying it tomorrow is there any paper work I should get like there is with a car? I mean a bill of sale of course but anything other than that a title or something any help?
i'm not an idiot and I've bought and sold several vehicles before this is actually a partial trade for one of my cars cash and his atv I have never boughten an atv I would imagine the dealership would give you something saying it's yours just don't know if you get something like that other than a bill of sale from a private person I know you do with a trailer, motorcycle, and ofcourse a car but not sure about about a four wheeler it's a 2006 raptor 700r if that helps

sure you should get paper works for the atv to prove that u have purchase it for full cost and to prove that it is yours now and the state the t.v is in eg.if it has a little on it you know what i mean

get a carfax history report! lol...hmmm well he could offer it on ebay cuz they are very secure on things like that otherqise if all else fails and its broke or watever sue that little nut!

Title and bill of sale....Be sure to match up the paper work...Vin number on the paper work should match the atv.
