Best Spray paint brands for metal parts on an ATV??

What are some good brands of paint, that will adhere good, and not cheap as easily on metal parts? I want to paint my atv a-arms, a nice Yamaha blue, any brands of paint come close to the 05 Yamaha blue? Also, I will be sanding the parts down, and using a primer to protect the parts. I need a paint that will adhere good, and withstand the elements well, and withstand water and mud? I am willing to pay 20$ or more for a can, if its a really good spray paint. Thanks
