From MO, and looking for good places to go riding (4 wheelers).?

My family and I love to go riding.. there's a few spots around here to ride, but I'm looking for somewhere different. Also been to Little Sahara (OK) which I loved. Any suggestions would be fantastic! Also, any additional details about the place you suggest would be much appreciated. =)
