2003 Polaris 330 Magnum ATV shows no fire at spark plug/ end of wire?

My ATV was recently acting like it was starving for fuel, therefore I cleaned the carborauter. Although I did not do anything to the ignition system, the plug wire is not even grnerating a spark now. Where should I begin looking to diagnose this problem other than the wire itself due to it previously working fine and nothing done to alter its' condition?
