How do I get a title for my 2006 Quad? (4 wheeler)?

I recently paid it off, and was only sent "release of lien" paperwork from the bank. They state there is no title for it. I live in Ma, and bought the machine in NH. The problem is, I want to sell it, and the guy who wants to buy it needs a title. Any advice?!/
