I have a Polaris 350 Liquid Cooled 1993 4x4 ATV and i need to know where to change the timing?

plz help me i need to know cuz its out of time and it worked sometimes but somtimes it wasnt firing at the right time so we couldnt drive it.
now it wont even start and the carb and gas and spark is all good.
