Atv Help-2003 Honda Rancher 350 ES Oil and Oil...

...Filter? HELP!!! Ite I know this is a very noob question but I really need you guys help. I have lost the manual and I do not know how to change the oil and the filter. We also need to know what brand of oil goes in it. Thanks. (Once again this is a 2003 Honda Rancher 350.)
