ATV? 2006-2007 Honda 350 Rancher 4X4 ES?

A guy won it in a raffle and is selling it. I just bought a 98 Honda 300 from the same guy. He said he would trade me for his old 4-wheeler back and 2200 bucks? I paid 1600 for his 98. Is this a good deal? Thanks for all your help
