Is there a device of some kind you can put on a 2-stroke 4-wheeler so that it won't be near as loud?

I had asked a question about my neighbors and their 4-wheelers in a previous *****-Answers and got back some good answers, but a light bulb went off in my head and I thought maybe I would try finding out if there is a device you can put on a 2-stroke 4-wheeler to make it considerably quieter.
