Where else besides Pismo Beach, CA can i go camping and ATV bike riding at the same time in So. California?

Well Im planning a trip with the fam to Pismo Beach after my friend told me about the spot and I read up on it...it seems like a great place with everything I want, Camping, Beach, Atv's, and grilling! So Im pumped but what is a killer for some of my fam, not me at all, is the distance....

Is there some other camping place like it around southern cali that includes all this?

I also heard that Pismo beach is the only camping ground around or beach that will allow Atv's on the area is this true?

Just some advice and recommendations needed from people who have been there or other places like it....any help is appreciated...Thanks!
