Yamaha ATV ride on raptor?

I'm looking for a dumar battery charger that has input 120VAC, 60Hz, 21.5W and output of 12DC and 1200mA. Is this standard? Do I have to try to find specific. I had bought my son a yamaha atv ride on toy. I have the battery, but have misplaced the charger. I know it's suppose to be a dumar charger, but the battery itself is a yuasa REC10-12 12V,10Ah.
I have done a lot of searching online and have no luck in finding either, the battery nor the charger. I went to the dumar website and they have nothing to purchase. I e-mailed them and have had no response. Does anyone have any idea of I can use like a power wheels charger for it, or something, or will that not work at all??? The toy is only 3 years old and rarely ever used. Now he's old enough to enjoy it, and I have no way of charging this battery. Someone please help!!! Thanks, in advance!!
