i have a 4-wheeler question?

i have a 1999 honda foreman s. i just bought it and i don't know if it has high and low gears. i can only go about 25 in fifth gear and it is at a high rev. so i was wondering if it has high and low gears?
and if it has high and low gears where is the thing to switch it
