ok my left side kills alot but now its my right lower back and right front i really dont no wats going on with my body right now and can u plz name some organ that mite be something worng the doctor i went to said it mite be my hip or something but idk

Is this related to your accident? Have your ruled out any broken bones or soft tissue injuries? If that is the case have them examine your kidneys and appendix, spleen etc... All of those organs are in that area, HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER>
