ETon 150 Sport ATV, help!Okay.?

My 2 sisters has a SPORT ATV, ETon 150. And the problem is it goes really slow.When the throttle is pressed all the way in, it putters. I then read the manual and it said thighten the Throttle Bolt, to maximize speed.Is that right?Do I thighten it or untighten it. Does the bolt go in or does it turn out?Thanks,Billy
