Riding ATV in Construction Site??

Who would i contact to get permission, there is a 5 mile stretch where they are putting in a 4 lane highway, its all dirt and ive seen people ride quads there once on Sunday when there are no workers.

do i call the owner, or the construction company, or just ride w/o asking.

the site is easially seem from the road, if im not damaging anything, will the cops just ask me to leave, i live in the suburbs.
cool answer, can the cops even get u in trouble on private property,
thats what ive got, quads, karts, but i doubt ill drive a truck there

If your determinded to ride there, do NOT ask permission. They will say no, it will raise alerts, cops will be sworming the place keeping a extra look out...If your going to do it regardless, just do it.
