How do I unlock the pumpkin guy in ATV: Blazin Trails for the PSP?

After all the credits and before you can begin to play, a video comes on that advertises some tricks (Boogie Nights, Bar Hop, Tsunami, e.t.c.....). After 30 seconds or so of a male driver performing the tricks, a man with a pumpkin head comes on the screen. Is he unlockable?
