Why is my handle bars on my ATV squeaking???

Why is my handle bars on my ATV squeaking???

I have a Kawasaki 400 4x4 with 206 hours and the handle bars started squeaking this past week. I threw oil all over trying to find it, but no change, the squeak is still there. Just the slightest touch of the handlebars it will squeak. Any clues?
