how can I take a APC chopper that I bought from pep boys and change it into a 4 wheeler/atv?

Hi, I have a APC mini chopper that i bought from pep boys and wanted to know how can i make a atv from it instead of putting it in the trash.
i'm more worried about the rear axle and swing arm.
where can i buy a rear axle?
