If I paid through moneygram for an atv, how do i get my money back?

I paid throuhg money gram(which is a big mistake) and I found out that it is a scamIs there any way to report it and get my money back.

You DON'T. That is EXACTLY why many scams request payment in that form. If you try BEFORE the Money-Gram is cashed, it may be possible. Once it is cashed, you are out of luck.
