YOu have a stuck bowl in the carb. I had this problem too on my motorcycle.
Depending on the bike, you may or may not be able to clean the carb bowl without removing it from the bike. Either way, disassemble the carb (usually the bottom half) and stray some carb cleaner (Gum-Out). That usually works. Good Luck... |

if it has a bowl on the bottom of the carb then thats what the problem is the float is stuck... above the float is a needle valve thats what stops the gas when the float bowl gets full.. take it a part sliode the little pin that hold the float on be careful not to drop it th eneedle shoul dbe on the end of the float held with a spring clip ...take a goo dlook at the tip if its not pointed then its bad... cost like 25 cents if you can find one... a kit will cost you a bit more but not that bad and spray it all down with carb cleaner
