Are atv's street legal in georgia?

I have looked all over to find out if atv's were street legal in Georgia. I have a raptor 700 and i have put rear view mirrors, a horn,and signal lights on it,and i was wondering is there anything else i have to do besides geting it liscened

They are OFF-ROAD vehicles. And that is the way they were classified when they were made.

I've heard that some dirt bikes can be modified to meet DOT requirements. But I don't believe there are ANY street legal ATV to compare them to (like dirt bike vs. street bikes).
