Default need help figuring out my yamaha 4 wheeler issue. It's over revving and won't move. is it the clutch possibly?

Raptor 660 Changed the oil and it tries to run correctly, but still cuts out like over revving? Should I try a new clutch or could it be something electrical?

Ok firs off, disconnect your air box from the carbie nd check out the carb, check the throttle, it could be because the cable is over tight, try loosening it, OR, find the tuning screw, his limits the amount of petrol to air ratio, and make sure you have the raptor on before you tune, ;-)Send us sum pics, I LOVE THEM RAPTORRRRRRS

make sure you used the right oil? just a guess, could be a clutch cable issue too. does the clutch feel soft or firm? if soft then maybe there's your problem. slight chance if you tipped it back it may have flooded and screwed the fuel delivery up.

What i would look at first is the carb. You usually need to adjust them every so often. You want to start the quad then find where the idle speed screw is on the carb. When you have it running turn it to the left little ** little and the idle speed should slow down if thats your problem.

It could possibly be your CDI (rev box). Not sure how much it will be to replace it. I would take it to a shop to be sure thats what it is, but if youre looking for a cheap part, go to bluetraxx.com.
