Foot Brake for 100cc SUNL atv?

I am a manager of a retail powersports store in new york, and we sell SunL atv's for kids. We had a customer come in and ask if there was a way to put a foot brake on our mini atv for his son who has problems with the muscles in his left hand. I haven't been able to track down any such part from the manufacturer, and I was wondering if anyone has come across this problem before. We will take any suggestions even if we have to modify it ourselves. Thanks!
