how to create a network configuration file with ps2 with mx vs. atv untamed?

i hooked up my ethernet cable to my ps2 slim to my wireless linksys router, when i try to go online it says there's no network configuration file saved on mem card. i was wondering how i can create a network configuration file on my mem card. pls post and help.
