Anyone know of an ATV rental facility that rents dirt-bikes to folks under 25 in West Virginia?

IROC "Indian Ridge Off Road and Custom" were the ones we were going to go to, but being 21 I'm too young to rent the ATV's. I'm not sure if they are afraid if your under that age you'll tear them up or what. Doesn't make any sense to me. Oh well, they just lost a lot of business. I'm hoping to find another rental facility that offers dirt-bike rentals. I'm not to familiar with WV so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction?
