dirt bike clutch problem?

my dirt bike clutch seems to be stuck. When my bike is off and in neutral as i change gears I pull the clutch to roll forward but the bike does not roll. When running the bike will jump when i change gears

Sounds like the clutch is not disengaging fully. If it's cable operated, there should be an adjuster at the handlebar end where the cable attaches to the lever. Just screw it outwards until it releases the engine. If it's hydraulic, you'll have to ask your dealer for any adjusting tips they may have.
