In Illinois, specifically Chicago, is there a law against riding a motorcycle/scooter with earbuds?

So I realize it's probably not the smartest thing to do. I just want to know if it's illegal. Any links would be great. Also, if anyone has had any good/bad experiences with parking their scooter downtown. Thanks,
