Anybody know anything about Sach's Trail bikes?

Hey guys there is a guy localy that is selling an 06 sachs trail bike with only 35 miles on it, he upgraded the engine to 70 cc and i was looking for a scooter but i think this thing looks awesome. my question is, are these reliable? And if something breaks where would i go to get it fixed? any help would be awesome thanks guys
