Yamaha R1 2007 turns off when I try to take off too fast?

Dealer says its normal because is a high rpm and low torque engine and I have to play with the clucht so doesnt tuns off
asking because I only had v twins in the past and never had any problems like this
please leave me an answer no nasty comments about my inglish I know is bad
