MOTORCYCLE Question..........?

how fuel efficient is a 250cc motobike?
(in mpg around town)

and to take the MSF course, do i have to have a driving license already? or can i take it from scratch?

and to get my motorcycle license can they take the MSF course pass and give it to me? or do i have to get a driving license first?

Dunno where Robert P lives, but that is the way it is in Illinois. The MSF course I took offered the test every Wednesday. You pass their course (classroom & road), come on an Wed, pass the road test, and get a certificate from the state. Then you just take that to the DMV and get the "M" class endorsement.
