do you need any kind of license for a motor scooter under 50 CC in washington state, if so what kind?

hey i want to get from point A to point B without a bus, however i am 16 and in order to get a drivers you have to have 6 months blah blah blah basically i just want to do this so i wanna know if it is possible to ride a motor scooter (maybe 49 cc) around without anything needed i know a motorcycle endorsement if the vehicle is 50 CC or more
