Beginner Motorcycle Rider 21 yrs old 5'10?

Hey, I'm 21 yrs old and about 5'10 145lbs. I'm looking to get a motorcycle soon once I have enough money saved up, and I was wondering for my height/size what my best option would be. I don't have any riding experience, and I was looking into possibly getting a 250 Ninja?? Thanks in advance for your input.
