Another Beginner Question?

Which bike is best?
I'm a beginner rider. I said before I'm 6 foot 3 and 250lbs. Of these bikes, which one would be better for me:

Kawasaki Ninja 650r
Yamaha R6
Honda CBR 600
Suzuki GXSR 600 (of course I had to ask!!!)

I don't want something so weak that I will be mad ** August.
