Can I ride a motorcycle in Wisconsion in the winter?

I am a foreigner, and I am planning to study in language center of Wisconsin this year. I don't understand the real traffic condition that is in Wisconsin.

Q1:
Is that a mission impossible to ride a motorcycle from Madison to Milwaukee every day?
(Special is I would prefer a sport bike to do this)

Q2:
How is the distance and the price of gasoline? Will it cost me a lot of budget?

do you really know how cold it gets there in teh winter time? you got bigger balls than me....wow good luck on that study.

Better you than me Bud you could do it "But" I would not suggest it Alot will be sub zero temps and bad road conditions I would af least have a car for back up
