Ninja 650R Transmission grind???

Hi all, does anyonw who owns a Ninja or other newer motorcycle sometimes feel a slight gring when shifting from first to second? it doesn't do it at any perticular RPM or load... and it doesn't always do it. every other gear change is smooth, but 1 to 2 is kinda harsh. i bought my bike new a month ago, bot only now noticing it. any ideas??? thanks
