Exhaust vs. Velocity Stacks?

I have a 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 750.

At www.motosport.com, I can buy for $230 either a Jardine exhaust OR some velocity stacks.

The only other "performance" part I have on my bike is a BMC airfilter.

What would you recommend out of the 2 products and why?
