Default I want to buy a scooter...what does the cc mean?

I see some for sale on Craigslist that are 150cc and want to know what the cc means. What type do I need to go at least 65mph?
O.K. I really just need to go 60 max.
thanks but I already have a car.

cc = cubic centimeters. It is a measure of the engine size/displacement. a 150 cc would probably top out 40-50 mph. Suggest at least a 350 cc for what you want.

CC. Stands for "cubic centimeters". Its how you measure how big the engine is. For 65 and above, you'd need to buy a car cause most scooters cant go above 50.
