when my dirtbike runs out of gas it gets louder and gets a HIGH BOOST OF SPEED foor a short time.?

It's normal.The engine runs lean on gas and runs faster for a moment. If you adjust your carb to make it leaner it will be harder to start and possibly do damage to the valves because it makes it run too hot.

Yes its normal but not good, because you burned out all the 2 stroke oil and are running pure gas ....which could cause serious injury to the motor ** running too hot...better to shut it down and push it than run it too hot.
